Accommodation of participants is organized in facilities in the town of Rovinj area. All requests for accommodation should be sent to Department for admittance, accreditation, registration and accommodation:

Reservation of accommodation must be done exclusively through Department for accommodation, because, if otherwise, participants will not be entitled to use transportation and transfer services. Supper will be organized for all participants
in the hotels they are residing in, and for participants residing in private accommodation, in nearest restaurants.

Registration fee is 80 € per person.
Participation Fee includes: Organization of events and prizes; facilities and requisites, transportation to sport facilities (Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Brijuni, Savudrija); official opening and closing of the Games; evening programs; the Games badge.
Registration fee is added to the cost of accommodation, and it should be paid at the same time, to the same bank account!

Deadlines
Submission of final entries until 31. 12. 2008.
Payment of accommodation and registration fee until 28. 02. 2009.

Conditions for canceling accommodation and participation:
- for cancellation before 28. 02. free
- for cancellation before 01 04. 25% fee
- for cancellation after 01. 04 50% fee
- for cancellation after 15. 05. 100% fee
